LE VÉSINET – HOUSE

The property is located on the banks of a small river typical of Le Vésinet “garden-city”, home to swans and ducks.

Listed in the city’s heritage inventory, this former hunting lodge had been left abandoned. Restructuring the interior spaces allowed for the creation of open-plan living areas and improved circulation.

Openings were created or enlarged to let in more natural light and take advantage of the views on the landscaped garden. The renovation of the façade has restored the building’s elegance and nobility.
