Dark and in disrepair, with very long corridors, this apartment nevertheless offered unusually spacious volume and ceiling height. In addition to maximising natural light, the complete restructuring brought fluidity and functionality to the space.

To make the most of these exceptional spaces, architectural features were added to match the scale of the rooms, including a two-level black library with a walkway, a mezzanine, and various combinations of volumes and ceilings.

The light oak parquet flooring, light colours, and contrasting materials create a warm and comfortable atmosphere that balances the imposing size of the apartment.
